About The Position
This position is for a Pharmacist at Uniontown Hospital, specifically in the ICU/3 West unit. Requirements
- Must possess current license as required by state board where services will be provided: WV: Pharmacist license through the West Virginia State Board of Pharmacy
- Must possess current license as required by state board where services will be provided: PA: Pharmacist license through the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy
- Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 60 days of hire date.
- State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable), as required for regulated areas.
Nice To Haves
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Completion of a residency training program.
- Three (3) years of pharmacist experience.
