About The Position
Salud is seeking a Temporary Full-Time, Floating Pharmacist who would be based in Fort Lupton and be able to travel to our other SALUD Pharmacies located in Brighton, Commerce City, Longmont, and Fort Collins, based on where assistance is needed. This assignment is from the date of hire to approximately September, 2026.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharm D preferred
- License to practice pharmacy in good standing in the State of Colorado
- Experience working at a Community Health Center pharmacy is preferred
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
- Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must
Responsibilities
- Provide pharmacy services at various SALUD Pharmacy locations as needed.
- Travel to different SALUD Pharmacy locations including Brighton, Commerce City, Longmont, and Fort Collins.
- Work in a team-based system of care, coordinating efforts with medical, dental, and behavioral health services.
- Serve all individuals regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.
