About The Position

Since 1970, Salud has been committed to providing a Medical Home to patients, where medical, dental, behavioral health services, and clinical pharmacists work together and coordinate efforts in a team-based system of care. Salud strives to improve the quality of our patient's lives who would otherwise have limited access to health care, serving all individuals regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. Salud is seeking a Temporary Full-Time, Floating Pharmacist, who would be based in Fort Lupton and be able to travel to other SALUD Pharmacies located in Brighton, Commerce City, Longmont, and Fort Collins, based on where assistance is needed. This assignment is from the date of hire to approximately September, 2026.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
Possess a license to practice pharmacy in good standing in the State of Colorado
Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must

Nice To Haves

Experience working at a Community Health Center pharmacy is preferred
Ability to speak Spanish preferred
