This is a dynamic setting where innovation and teamwork drive meaningful impact every day. Position Summary We have an opportunity for a Pharmaceutical Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing pharmaceutical products according to established specifications. You will handle tasks such as weighing, transferring, mixing, and processing raw materials to create finished goods. The position also includes support activities like cleaning production rooms, corridors, and equipment, all within strict regulatory guidelines. This is a hands-on role in a highly regulated environment where attention to detail and compliance are essential. Shift: 6 AM - 6 PM 2-2-3 schedule Location: Winchester, KY 100% Onsite

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma.
  • Handling of raw materials for product assembly, including manipulation of drums weighing up to 150 kg and lifting boxes up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to maneuver drums, push and pull ingredient canisters, and use hand-held implements.
  • Capability to clean lab and equipment using brushes, wands, hoses, and other tools, including working in various postures such as overhead reach, squatting, kneeling, and bending.
  • Transport materials using tools and equipment like pallet jacks.
  • Ability to climb ladders and maneuver around equipment in a laboratory setting.
  • Operate safely in a dynamic environment with changing conditions and multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Two-year technical or associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or food manufacturing environment regulated by Good Manufacturing Practices is preferred.
  • Experience with oral solid dosage manufacturing processes such as fluid bed, granulation, blending, compression, pan coating, or encapsulation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all environmental, health, and safety requirements, including personal protective equipment guidelines.
  • Work safely at all times and comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices, standard operating procedures, and batch records.
  • Complete all required training and qualifications on time, including ComplianceWire assignments.
  • Weigh and transfer materials using calibrated scales and balances.
  • Assemble and disassemble machinery using hand tools.
  • Perform basic calculations with a calculator.
  • Accurately complete documentation such as batch records, forms, and cleaning records.
  • Clean manufacturing suites and equipment using appropriate cleaning solutions and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment.
  • Demonstrate basic problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Show basic technical understanding of processes in your functional area.
  • Collaborate effectively with coworkers, leaders, and supervisors.
  • Assist in training new employees on basic tasks.
  • Interact professionally with customers and visitors.
  • Perform all assigned tasks as part of a team.
