About The Position
We have an opportunity for a Pharmaceutical Technician II to join our team. In this role, you will independently execute GMP manufacturing unit operations and support troubleshooting across multiple areas. The focus is on reliable execution and identifying issues promptly. This position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment where precision and quality are essential. Shift: 2/2/3 Work Schedule - 6:00am to 6:00pm Location: Chelsea, MA 100% Onsite
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of GMP experience
- Working knowledge of GMP
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
Responsibilities
- Execute GMP manufacturing operations independently across multiple unit operations such as spray drying, blending, encapsulation, and packaging
- Adjust equipment within defined process limits
- Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and process deviations
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation; Coordinate material handling and staging activities
- Assist in deviation investigations
- Identify and recommend process improvements; Interface with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Engineering as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
