About The Position
CRD Careers is partnering with a leading biopharmaceutical company, with over 30 years of success in developing FDA-approved respiratory therapies for adult and pediatric patients, to expand their field sales team in the New Brunswick, NJ region. This role is ideal for a disciplined, relationship-driven seller who excels in territory ownership, physician engagement, and consultative selling.
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience with a major or established organization
- Proven, documented track record of strong recent sales performance
- Currently employed and stable in current role (2+ years in position strongly preferred)
- Experience in true outside sales
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience selling into industries such as telecom, office equipment, payroll, uniforms, advertising, technology, or similar consultative B2B models

Responsibilities
- Call on physicians including psychiatrists, pediatricians, neurologists, and other medical specialists by scheduled office appointments
- Build and manage strong provider relationships across your territory
- Promote FDA-approved respiratory products supported by strong brand recognition in the physician community
- Execute territory planning and consistently grow account performance
- Deliver product education and in-office presentations
- Operate within a defined regional territory (New Brunswick, NJ and surrounding area)
