We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Operator to support manufacturing operations and ensure the consistent production of high-quality pharmaceutical products in a regulated environment. This role involves equipment operation, material handling, documentation, and adherence to cGMP standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industry.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Strong mathematical and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

Basic machining or equipment maintenance skills are advantageous.
Strong knowledge of cGMP and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

Dispense raw materials and components in accordance with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and SOPs.
Operate blending, filling, and gel prep equipment independently and as part of a team.
Set up, operate, and clean manufacturing and encapsulation machines following SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
Ensure all equipment is operated safely and efficiently to maintain product quality and compliance.
Assist with packaging, labeling, and material handling to support smooth production flow.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation in compliance with GMP and audit requirements.
Keep production areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Perform routine in-process quality checks and accurately record production data.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and reducing waste.
Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment for movement of materials and finished goods.
Follow all safety procedures related to equipment operation, material handling, and production activities.
