About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Operator to support manufacturing operations and ensure the consistent production of high-quality pharmaceutical products in a regulated environment. This role involves equipment operation, material handling, documentation, and adherence to cGMP standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP and SOP compliance.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong mathematical and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic machining or equipment maintenance skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Dispense raw materials and components in accordance with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and SOPs.
  • Operate blending, filling, and gel prep equipment independently and as part of a team.
  • Set up, operate, and clean manufacturing and encapsulation machines following SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
  • Ensure all equipment is operated safely and efficiently to maintain product quality and compliance.
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and material handling to support smooth production flow.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation in compliance with GMP and audit requirements.
  • Keep production areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Perform routine in-process quality checks and accurately record production data.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and reducing waste.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment for movement of materials and finished goods.
  • Follow all safety procedures related to equipment operation, material handling, and production activities.

Benefits

  • Compensation: $22-$28/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
