About The Position

As a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator at Catalent, you will help transform scientific breakthroughs into treatments by operating and maintaining pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment. You will support product quality through visual inspections and documentation, and keep your workspace clean, safe, and compliant with cGMP standards. The role involves collaborating with a team focused on precision, safety, and innovation, with hands-on experience and mentorship to support learning and career growth. Other duties may be assigned. The position is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma is required.
• Prior experience in machine or equipment operations and troubleshooting is highly preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge is highly preferred.
• Well organized, with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines is highly desired.
• May be required to sit, stand, and walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
