We have an opportunity for a Pharmaceutical Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth operations. You will support preventive maintenance, equipment setup, and production readiness while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and technical skills are key to success. Shift: Monday- Friday, Overnight Shift Location: Grenville, NC 100% Onsite

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of maintenance, mechanical, manufacturing, or other relevant technical experience; industrial or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow technical procedures, work instructions, drawings, and equipment documentation.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately document work in maintenance systems and records.
  • Familiarity with cGMP, FDA-regulated, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Understanding of workplace safety requirements, including safe work practices, lockout/tagout, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn new equipment and maintenance processes.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
  • Utilize a computerized work order system to track maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment, including replacing defective parts.
  • Provide process support and equipment setup for the onboarding and commissioning of new production equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
