The role involves making inside sales calls to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) for Neurology products on behalf of a pharmaceutical client via telephone, e-mail, and chat. It requires compliance with reporting requirements for adverse events, product quality complaints, and patient privacy (HIPAA/data privacy). The representative must manage assigned targets/territories and achieve program goals, utilize gatekeeping skills to reach appropriate targets, and provide engaging dialogue for assigned products. All calls must be handled according to client specifications, including using computer systems, manual documentation, and training resources. The role supports one of the world's top 10 pharmaceutical companies, working remotely to call doctor's offices and provide education on prescription drugs, with a focus on neurology products. The position executes proactive acquisition activities using a limited set of guidelines and under supervision to sell or promote client business products/services, identifies customer requirements and matches them with product and service offerings or tailors products to customer requirements, and provides customers with appropriate product and service information, including legally required information and process details. All necessary customer information is input to update the database.
