About The Position

ImpactBio is partnering with Bioliance Life Science Partners to fill positions on our team for Aytu Biopharma, a Specialty Pharmaceutical organization. There is an immediate need for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join their dynamic team and represent Aytu Biopharma and promote their products. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Pharmaceutical sales experience and be based in or around the territory. You will focus on building strong customer relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving sales goals within the designated territory. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in pharmaceutical sales with a supportive and collaborative team.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with strong clinical knowledge preferred, would consider very high performers in a client-facing B2B role.
  • A 4 year Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and effectively engage clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive edge.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be based in or around the territory, with a willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Compliantly promote and sell the company’s products to healthcare professionals across the designated territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential, healthcare professionals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify key accounts and growth opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Learn and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators to potential customers.
  • Address inquiries and provide exceptional service to support long-term customer partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and contribute to overall team success.
