Requirements

BS – Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related field with 5-10 years of nonclinical operations, outsourcing, project management or vendor management experience.
Customer-facing experience required.
Strong time management skills and flexibility to handle urgent projects within given timelines.
Impeccable communication skills – verbal and written.
Very strong attention to detail and safety as well as problem-solving skills.
Demonstration of excellent team player skills.
A high level of learning agility and the ability to work across functions.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the leadership and communication skills necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment with flexibility and an adaptable approach to goal delivery.

Responsibilities

Serving as the primary conduit between our client's scientists and CRO partners, ensuring timely and thorough communication and logistics support.
Managing the outsourced book of work, ensuring alignment of priorities, capacity, and data delivery across the portfolio.
Maintaining operational oversight of bioanalytical vendors supporting non-GLP toxicology and pharmacokinetic studies, including tracking of service requests, deliverables and turnaround times, with proactive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
Assisting in harmonization of processes and systems and driving initiatives to decrease cycle times and streamline workflows.
Applying AI agents to optimize productivity and redefine ways of working.
