As we continue to expand our footprint across the United States, we have opened a Pharma Scientific Recruiter role to support our laboratory leadership team in Indianapolis, IN. The Pharma Scientific Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting our growing operations. Requirements

BS-Biology, Chemistry or related field with 2+ years of experience recruiting all levels of scientists (BS through PhD).
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
Very strong problem-solving skills, a high level of learning agility, and the ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

Sourcing and screening candidates for open roles, primarily focusing on candidates with molecular biology and biochemistry backgrounds.
Scheduling meetings with candidates and internal/external customers.
Completing and sending essential documents to leadership team in a timely manner.
Communicating consistently with candidates and hiring team.
Utilizing social media and other sources as needed to attract scientific candidates.
Performing other related duties as assigned.
