About The Position

A PET/CT Technologist works with the Medical Imaging leadership and medical director to develop operating policies and procedures. Performs diagnostic PET/CT exams within these established guidelines. Also covers other modalities within molecular imaging as needed (General & Cardiac Nuclear Medicine). Serves as a role model and resource within the department.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree through an accredited Nuclear Medicine program or completion of formal military or hospital-based Nuclear Medicine program required.
  • ARRT(N) or NMTCB required.
  • ARRT(CT) or NMTCB (CT) registration required.
  • State Certification as Radiologic Technologist required.
  • Healthcare Level CPR required upon hire.
  • Two years nuclear medicine experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • BA or BS degree preferred.
  • PET experience preferred.
