Requirements

Previous experience caring for dogs or other animals preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
Comfortable handling dogs of various sizes, breeds, and temperaments.
Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

Supervise dogs entrusted to the resort's pet-sitting program.
Remain with dogs in guest rooms as scheduled.
Walk dogs safely throughout designated resort areas while maintaining leash control at all times.
Follow all guest-provided instructions regarding feeding schedules, dietary restrictions, medications (when authorized), and pet routines.
Monitor pets for signs of distress, illness, or unusual behavior and report concerns promptly to management and the pet owner.
Maintain a safe environment for pets, guests, and team members.
Provide updates to guests regarding their pet's activities and well-being as requested.
Complete required documentation and incident reports when necessary.
Assist with emergency situations by following established resort procedures and contacting management immediately.
Uphold resort policies, safety standards, and guest confidentiality.
