About The Position

As a Pet Resort Guest Service Representative at K9 Resorts, you are the face of our company. Your primary goal is to provide every client and their dog with a “wow experience,” making them feel comfortable, confident, and like VIPs. You will uphold our mission and values, ensuring every interaction is a positive one. K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel aims to delight our guests and wow our clients, being a home away from home for the dogs we serve! We are second to no one when it comes to dog boarding and dog daycare. Requirements

  • Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some weekend and holiday hours are required.
  • An enthusiastic personality is comfortable selling.
  • Positive, professional and hardworking

Responsibilities

  • Follow all operational procedures as outlined in the K9 Resorts Operations Manual.
  • Greet all customers entering the building.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures, as well as reservation processes, in the POS system.
  • Take custody of pets and ensure they are properly placed in the designated area of the building.
  • Answer telephone inquiries.
  • Provide tours of the facility to potential customers when necessary.
  • Feed and medicate all dogs.
  • Provide personal playtimes for dogs when requested.
  • Perform body checks to identify pre-existing conditions and/or injuries.
  • Sanitation of the lobby, boarding, and daycare accommodations.
  • Monitoring daycare.
  • Bathing dogs.
