About The Position

Sploot Veterinary Care is redefining urgent and primary care for pets, and we’re seeking a full-time Pet Parent Experience Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and making a meaningful impact for pets and their families. Requirements

• Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently high-quality, client-centered experiences

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, providing a welcoming, empathetic experience from check-in through check-out
• Create, manage, and maintain the daily clinic schedule to ensure efficient appointment flow and operational consistency
• Partner closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to support high-quality patient care
• Maintain composure in fast-paced or high-pressure situations, addressing in-clinic needs with professionalism and sound judgment
• Reassure and inform pet parents, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their visit
