Requirements

• Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently high-quality, client-centered experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, providing a welcoming, empathetic experience from check-in through check-out.
• Create, manage, and maintain the daily clinic schedule to ensure efficient appointment flow and operational consistency.
• Partner closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to support high-quality patient care.
• Maintain composure in fast-paced or high-pressure situations, addressing in-clinic needs with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Reassure and inform pet parents, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their visit.
