About The Position
Dogtopia is seeking passionate dog lovers to join their team as Pet Parent Concierges. This role is the first point of contact for pet parents, offering excellent customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment focused on team culture and safety. Dogtopia is the industry leader in dog daycare, committed to enhancing the joy of dog parenthood and enabling dogs to positively change the world through their foundation, which supports service dogs, youth literacy, and employment for adults with autism. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answering phones and emails
- Greeting Pet Parents
- Answering Pet Parent questions and collecting their information
- Educating Pet Parents about Dogtopia and our requirements as well as available pass and membership benefits
- Scheduling services and setting up Meet & Greets
- Checking dogs in and out
- Escorting dogs to and from their Pet Parents
- Giving tours
- Understanding our Dogtopia-isms
- Maintain a neat and organized environment
