About The Position

Performs nuclear medicine and PET/CT imaging procedures, including radiopharmaceutical administration and advanced diagnostic imaging. This role involves weekday coverage, including holidays, with shift hours from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Requirements

  • ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification
  • Minimum 2 years Nuclear Medicine/PET-CT experience
  • BLS certification
  • Experience with IV, contrast, and radiopharmaceutical injections

  • PACS experience

Responsibilities

  • Operate PET/CT and nuclear medicine imaging equipment
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals and contrast agents
  • Perform PET, PET/CT, and SPECT imaging studies
  • Maintain strict radiation safety protocols
  • Process and transmit images via PACS
  • Document procedures in CPRS/Radiology systems
  • Prepare and calibrate radiotracers
