About The Position

Floofins & Company is hiring a part-time Pet Care Specialist for its morning team in the Elmhurst, Illinois area and surrounding communities. This is a combined dog-walking and in-home pet-sitting role: all specialists perform both services as part of their regular route. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with optional weekend availability. The work involves two visit blocks per day and independent outdoor work in all weather. Candidates should be within a comfortable commute of the central Elmhurst service area. Requirements

Consistent Monday-Friday availability from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Holiday availability; pet care continues on major holidays.
Willingness to complete reference checks, a background check, and a drug screening.

Responsibilities

Conduct private neighborhood dog walks in Elmhurst, Wheaton, La Grange, Lisle, and nearby areas.
Provide in-home pet sitting, including feeding pets, providing fresh water, and caring for litter.
Administer pet medications when required.
Send clients real-time visit updates and photos through the mobile app.
Maintain a reliable, consistent daily route across a split morning shift.
