We are now hiring Part-Time Pet Care Specialists at our Morristown facility.

Requirements

• Comfort and confidence walking and handling dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes
• Willingness to perform cleaning duties related to animal care
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, including reading, comprehending, and analyzing written material (for documentation, communication, and safety procedures)
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time, often on hard surfaces, and lift/push/pull/move up to 40 lbs.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching above shoulder level
• Full use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or tools
• Required vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral and depth perception
• Capable of working in noisy environments and around dog and cat dander, waster and cleaning chemicals
• Availability to work on weekends and holiday (essential as we care for pets 365 days a year!)

Responsibilities

• Engage hands-on in the health and wellness of our canine and feline guests.
• Prepare & deliver meals while following precise schedules and instructions.
• Maintain detailed observations and records for each pet guest to support quality care and customer service.
• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the facility and pet areas.
• Participate in client interactions during pet drop off and pick up.
