Pet Care and Boarding Associate
About The Position
Holiday Barn Pet Resorts is seeking energetic pet lovers to work as Pet Care and Boarding Associates at its pet daycare and boarding facilities in Glen Allen and Midlothian, Virginia. The role focuses on keeping pets happy through hands-on care, companionship, enrichment, and monitoring their wellbeing. Experience is not required. The facilities operate seven days a week, and the position requires a flexible schedule, including availability for opening and closing shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Holiday Barn has more than 50 years of experience in pet care enrichment. All communication about the opportunity will be via email; applicants are asked to keep the facilities’ lobbies and phone lines clear for pet parents. Requirements
- Experience is not required.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends and major holidays.
- Must be available for opening and closing shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Play with pets and offer companionship.
- Pamper, feed, and exercise pets.
- Clean pet areas and monitor pets’ health.
