About The Position

The PET Bottling Line Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining PET bottle production and filling equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. This role supports production targets while following safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in beverage, food, or packaging manufacturing is preferred.
Knowledge of PET bottling systems and automated production equipment.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read production schedules and operating instructions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime if required.

Responsibilities

Operate PET bottling and packaging machinery, including: Bottle blow molding machines, Filling machines, Capping equipment, Labeling systems, Conveyors and packaging equipment
Monitor production line performance and make adjustments as needed.
Conduct startup, shutdown, and changeover procedures.
Inspect bottles, caps, labels, and finished products for quality compliance.
Maintain production records and downtime logs.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues.
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
Follow GMP, HACCP, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams during production issues.
Minimize product waste and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure proper material handling and inventory usage.
