PEST TECHNICIAN TRAINEE

TerminixNashville, TN
Onsite

About The Position

We are looking for individuals who are hard workers, can follow direction, adapt to change, and solve problems. The ideal candidate will be organized, friendly, and motivated to succeed. As a Pest Control Technician, you will not be tied to a desk. You will be out and about, mobile, independent, and growing your career with a clear view of next steps. You will be the face of Terminix to your local community, and your clients will count on you to protect their businesses, their homes, and their families. You will spend a few months in training, and once you have that and some state-required licenses and certificates, you will take the lead with your own customers. You will be rewarded with competitive pay and robust benefits to cover you and your family. You will be part of a community, and our teammates give back through volunteering, donations, scholarships, and more. You will be onboarded and trained by the best, get paid to get licensed, and learn how to bust bugs at home too.
