Requirements

Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal
Valid Louisiana or Texas Driver License
Background Check and Drug Testing Required
Frequent Physical Exertion such as: bending, kneeling, stretching, & carrying up to 50lbs.
Ability to Work Independently with Minimal Supervision
Analytical and Organizational Skills

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of PestPac, Paylocity, and Google Products is Preferred
Pest and Termite Field Experience is Preferred

Responsibilities

Assisting the Branch Manager with daily operations to achieve branch and company goals.
Position requires interaction with Pest and Termite Technicians, Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and Support Center Personnel.
Coaching and counseling of employees when required
Management of applied driver safety technology
Maintaining a clean, presentable fleet of vehicles
Comprehension and knowledge of pest control products and their application
Chemical inventory ordering and management
Approval of payroll and time-off requests from direct reports
