About The Position

Still Waters Resort is a premier lakeside destination in Branson, Missouri, known for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a scenic and family-friendly environment. We take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable property for all guests and team members. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our resort. This role is responsible for identifying, preventing, and treating pest-related issues throughout the property, including guest accommodations, dining areas, maintenance facilities, and outdoor spaces.

Requirements

Previous pest control experience preferred, but training may be provided
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to obtain or maintain required state pest control licensing
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various conditions
Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset

Responsibilities

Inspect buildings and grounds for signs of pest activity
Apply pest control treatments in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations
Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and results
Respond promptly to pest-related service requests from staff or guests
Collaborate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to prevent infestations
Ensure proper storage and handling of pest control chemicals and equipment
Stay up to date on industry best practices and local/state regulations
