About The Position

As a Pest Technician, you won’t be tied to a desk; you’ll be out and about — mobile and independent. You will take the lead in providing routine service to residential and commercial customers, on route-based assignments, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each location. You’ll become an expert in applying our company's products to safely eliminate pests. Our Techs serve as problem solvers for customers by utilizing our in-depth training program to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's unique needs. Pest Technicians are trained to identify and alert customers of additional service offerings that provide value to the customer, helping with sales to current customers, and expanding our services to new customers. Pest Technicians display strong communication skills when providing product / service information when working with our customers onsite. We are looking for an experienced Pest Technician to join our team!!

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
• At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle).
• Committed to safety and the use of all the proper PPE the job requires.
• Friendly and dedicated to great customer service.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently and as part of a crew.
• Encourage a Positive Team Atmosphere & Willingness to Help Others.

Nice To Haves

• Current WSDA Commercial Operator License with Structural Pest Control.
• Previous pest control or route-based service experience.
• Experience applying pesticides in residential or commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine service to residential and commercial customers on route-based assignments.
