About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician in Atlanta, Georgia. The role provides residential or commercial pest control service using an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). It is production-based, with potential earnings described as leading the industry. Technicians receive a company vehicle and benefits.

Technicians travel their route, inspect residences and other areas—including attics and crawl spaces—to identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conditions conducive to pest activity. They develop and explain personalized solutions, build client relationships, answer customer questions, collect service payments, and maintain their equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide residential or commercial pest control services using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach.
• Inspect attics, crawl spaces, and other areas to assess problems and identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
• Devise and describe personalized pest control solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain client relationships, answer customer questions, and collect service payments.
• Keep equipment and the company vehicle in proper operating condition.
