About The Position

Pro Active Pest Control is hiring full-time Pest Control Technicians to manage service routes and provide real-time pest-control solutions to customers. The role is field-based and focuses on delivering five-star service to residential and business customers by diagnosing pest problems, conducting inspections and treatments, and educating customers about services. Technicians also help achieve company service and sales goals while continually developing their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivation and motivation to help the company grow and succeed.
• Willingness to go above and beyond and care about customers.
• Great DMV record and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to routinely lift, push, and pull equipment; ascend and descend ladders; and occasionally work at height.
• An Applicator or Branch II Field Representative credential with the California State Pest Control Board.
• Ability to manage time and occasionally multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage established service routes and serve new customers.
• Troubleshoot pest problems.
• Manage time effectively each day and multitask when needed.
• Inspect customers’ homes and businesses.
• Perform pest treatments at customers’ homes and businesses.
• Educate new and existing customers about services.
• Help achieve company service and sales goals.
• Continually refine skills and knowledge.
