About The Position

In a Pest Control Technician position, you will have a daily route where you will treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. You will strive to solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations. Requirements

• Must be 18 or over.
• Must have a current valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator).
• Must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics.
• 6+ months of customer-facing service experience
• 6+ months of sales experience
• Excellent verbal communications skills
• Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

• Treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections.
• Solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying excellent customer service.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Provide strategic recommendations.
• Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to find any points of entry for insects and rodents.
• Identify any pest infestations and come up with appropriate treatment plans.
• Communicate clearly with customers about any findings.
• Share treatment plans and preventative measures.
• Inform customers about additional services offered.
