About The Position
HomeTeam Pest Control Technicians provide pest control services to homeowners along an assigned route, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional appearance and condition of their company truck, equipment, and uniform. Technicians discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and offer additional services or products when appropriate. They work independently, maintain their pest control license and industry knowledge through regular seminars, and submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff. The role may occasionally require working Saturdays to complete the week's route.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties, with or without accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners while working an assigned route.
- Maintain a professional, tidy appearance, including the company truck, equipment, and uniform.
- Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and offer additional services or products when appropriate.
- Maintain a pest control license and attend pest control seminars regularly.
- Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
- Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
- Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week's route.
