About The Position

We're looking for a motivated Residential Pest Control Technician with experience in sales and home inspections. This role focuses on conducting detailed inspections, identifying pest issues, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service. In this position, you will have a daily route where you will treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. You will strive to solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations. Requirements

• Minimum 6 months sales experience required.
• Minimum 6 months of home inspection experience required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator).
• Must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics.

• Previous experience in internet or cable sales/installation.
• Previous experience running an independent route.
• Previous in-home technician experience.
• Active Washington pest control license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties to find any points of entry for insects and rodents.
• Identify pest infestations and come up with appropriate treatment plans.
• Treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections.
• Close sales while delivering excellent customer service.
• Communicate clearly with customers about any findings, treatment plans, and preventative measures.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide strategic recommendations.
• Occasionally go to the warehouse for meetings, training, or restocking supplies.
