About The Position

We are currently seeking out a Full- Time Pest Control Technician. We provide proper training for techs to succeed to the highest industry standards, newer model vehicles with state-of-the-art equipment, and the easiest software to use on the market. Requirements

Valid driver's license with a minimum driving history of 5 years
Possess and maintain a clean driving record
Pass a pre-employment criminal background check
Pass a pre-employment drug screen
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week in a drug-free workplace
Have reliable transportation to and from the office daily
Be personable and enjoy interacting with customers

Prior experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Inspect and diagnose pest related issues and relay findings to the customer in an easing and comforting manner.
Listen to customer needs and concerns, adapting accordingly.
Educate customers on pest findings and elimination technique options based on IPM (integrated pest management) solutions.
Treat areas of the house with proper IPM techniques in interiors, exteriors, porches, and pool screens, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Prepare proper service notifications for the customer to easily read and relay concerns back to the office in detailed notes via in-house software on a company-provided cell phone.
Handle a pre-arranged schedule made by the office and complete jobs in a timely manner while producing excellent customer service.
Attend company meetings and training sessions.
Complete self-research to stay in touch with industry trends and standards, and stay educated with the newest products and technology the company is implementing.
Handle company equipment with respect, preserving proper cleanliness and maintenance.
