About The Position

All-American Pest Control is hiring a seasonal Pest Control Technician in Fairview, Tennessee. This is an outdoor, customer-facing role focused on delivering reliable pest control service. Pest control or termite experience is not required; paid training, state certification training, equipment, and ongoing education are provided. The position has a seasonal four-day schedule: August through February is a true four-day work week, while March through July alternates between four- and five-day weeks. Hours are 7 AM to 5 PM, with no nights or weekends. Starting pay is $50,000 per year, with an opportunity to earn monthly production bonuses.
