About The Position

As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of the company and help protect customers’ homes and families. The role focuses on providing outstanding pest control services while maintaining a positive attitude and proactive mindset. Technicians may also earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along their route. The company provides a fully equipped vehicle, training, and coaching. Work includes treating homes, addressing pest issues, and introducing neighbors to the company’s services.

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older.
Valid driver’s license and a clean, insurable driving record.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to safely maneuver and navigate through crawlspaces and attics.
Must pass a drug screen.
Obtain a local Pesticide License; training and most testing fees are covered.
