Requirements

  • Ability to safely move about customer locations, ascend/descend stairs and ladders to service out of the way areas, and position yourself to conduct service under/around furniture, equipment, and tight spaces.
  • Ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to assist in various service departments within the branch as needed.
  • Basic math skills to measure and mix product applications accurately.
  • Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and equipment safely.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which includes an OSHA compliant respirator in some cases.
  • Technical proficiency with computers, smart phones, etc.
  • Held a valid driver's license for at least 3 years with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
  • Good oral and written communication.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule (between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.).
  • Availability to work some weekends.
  • High school degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Solving pest issues and building long-term relationships via honesty, empathy, and outstanding customer service.
  • Traveling to appointments and meeting with customers to assess pest problems in and around their homes and workplaces.
  • Executing specialized treatment plans.
  • Seeking to solve existing pest problems and recommending corrective actions to prevent issues.
