What You’ll Do: Perform pest control services at residential and commercial properties Inspect, identify, and treat pest issues efficiently Communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations Maintain accurate service records Represent the company with professionalism and care What We’re Looking For: Active California Pest Control License (Field Rep or Applicator) Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Able to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solver with a proactive mindset Dependable and punctual Able to adapt to a flexible, service-based schedule Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish conversational) Why Thrasher Pest Control? PAY TRANSPARENCY This position is hourly plus commission Annual Pay Range Based on 40/hr week: $42,000 to $81,600
