Pest Control Technician
About The Position
EnviroGuard, a family-owned and operated Pest Control company established in 2015, is seeking individuals who are eager for personal growth and career advancement. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to learn the pest control trade, and we will provide training and assist with state licensing if needed. A key aspect of this role involves customer interaction, requiring enthusiasm and strong people skills. Service professionals will treat residential homes, both interior and exterior, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- High school or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older (for insurance purposes)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to work hard and learn
- Enthusiastic, likable, and able to hold a conversation
- Pesticide Applicator’s License (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Existing Pesticide Applicator’s License
Responsibilities
- Treat residential homes with Pest Control products (training provided).
- Interact with customers throughout the day, ensuring a great customer experience.
- Adapt to a changing daily schedule, including cancellations and added appointments, requiring flexibility and quick thinking.
- Drive a company vehicle to customer locations.
