About The Position

Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Termite Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is a position that is paid at an hourly rate. Stark Exterminators is part of the Arrow Exterminators family of brands. We have been a family-owned and operated business since our start in 1964. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Possess current Driver's License
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

Determine the prescribed treatment as marked on the inspection graph and specification sheet.
Prepare site areas for treatment by removing and hauling off debris as prescribed.
Apply wood-destroying organism treatments and techniques to customers' buildings and structures, including Termite bait station installation (Sentricon) with auger and digging tools.
Perform trenching and apply liquid treatment to the exterior or crawl space perimeters of structures.
Drill and apply liquid treatment to void spaces or blocks in crawl spaces and structures.
Perform spray application of product to affected areas.
Collect service payments from customers.
Keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition at all times.
