Requirements

Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
Ability to walk on roofs and perform physical tasks required for pest inspections and treatments.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must have a driving record of 5+ years.
Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a Termite Rodent (TR) Technician or similar pest control role.

Responsibilities

Conduct inspections of residential properties to identify pest infestations, including termites and rodents.
Apply appropriate treatment methods to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations.
Educate homeowners on pest prevention strategies and treatment plans.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up visits.
Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols and company standards are upheld.
Perform climbing on ladders, walking on roofs, and crawling in tight spaces as needed to access infested areas.
