About The Position

The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of the Rollins Corporation, has been a leading provider of Pest Management and Consultation Services to the Food and Commodity Industries for over 85 years! This role involves taking care of commercial accounts by conducting in-depth inspections, developing solutions, and treating customer facilities. You will maintain excellent customer relations with business clients through professional service, knowledgeable communication, and precise documentation. IFC is a financially stable and growing company.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Ability to meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth inspections of commercial accounts.
• Develop solutions and treat customer facilities.
• Maintain excellent customer relations with business clients through professional service, knowledgeable communication, and precise documentation.
• Respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing in-depth training and company resources to determine the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs.
• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
