About The Position

The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of the Rollins Corporation, has been a leading provider of Pest Management and Consultation Services to the Food and Commodity Industries for over 85 years! This role involves taking care of commercial accounts by conducting in-depth inspections, developing solutions, and treating customer facilities. The technician will maintain excellent customer relations through professional service, knowledgeable communication, and precise documentation, acting as an integral part of a growing and financially stable company.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
No Experience Required!
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
Good driving record
Ability to pass a drug screen

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing in-depth training and company resources to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs.
Possess a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work independently and to be self-motivated.
Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training.
Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed.
