About The Position

The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of the Rollins Corporation, has been a leading provider of Pest Management and Consultation Services to the Food and Commodity Industries for over 85 years! This role offers a competitive pay range of $20.00 to $25.00 with commission-based earnings potential and a company vehicle potential. Join our team and you will take care of our commercial accounts by conducting in-depth inspections, developing solutions and treating customer facilities. You will maintain excellent customer relations with business clients through professional service, knowledgeable communication and precise documentation. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
• Pest control for the food and commodity industries.
• Must have the ability to quickly obtain a CDL with Hazmat endorsement and both Kansas 7B and 7E pest control licenses.
• Good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth inspections of commercial accounts.
• Develop solutions and treat customer facilities.
• Maintain excellent customer relations with business clients through professional service, knowledgeable communication and precise documentation.
• Respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing in-depth training and company resources to determine the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs.
• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
