The company is willing to train individuals with no prior pest control experience, including assisting with state licensing. A significant aspect of the role involves customer interaction, making enthusiasm and likability essential. Service professionals will treat residential homes, both interior and exterior, requiring direct customer engagement.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- High school or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Able to pass a background check
- Ready to work hard and willing to learn
- Enthusiastic, likable, and able to hold a conversation

Responsibilities
- Treating residential homes with Pest Control products.
- Interacting with customers throughout the day, ensuring a great customer experience.
- Adapting to a changing daily schedule due to factors like canceled or added appointments, requiring flexibility and quick thinking.
