Requirements
- Someone reliable who shows up and does what they say they’ll do
- Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical job
- Strong communicator who can talk to customers like a real person
- Problem solver who doesn’t need constant direction
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience in pest control, lawn care, landscaping, construction, or another hands-on field is a big plus
Responsibilities
- Treat residential and business properties for mosquitoes, ants, spiders, and other pests
- Walk properties, spot issues, and make smart decisions on treatments
- Talk with customers in a way that builds trust (not just checks a box)
- Run your route efficiently and take ownership of your day
- Help train newer technicians as you grow into a lead role
- Keep your equipment, vehicle, and materials organized and ready
- Supporting local marketing efforts by distributing yard signs or door hangers
