About The Position

The SAP IAG Consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing Identity Access Governance (IAG) solutions in SAP environments, ensuring compliance with Segregation of Functions (SoD) policies. This role involves the design, configuration, and monitoring of access controls to mitigate risks related to unauthorized or conflicting access. Requirements

Strong knowledge in SAP IAG and SAP GRC Access Control modules.
Experience in configuring SoD rule sets and risk analysis.
Familiarity with SAP security concepts (roles, profiles, and authorization objects).
Understanding of regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR/LGPD) and their impacts on access governance.
Ability to perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical profile with a high level of attention to detail.
Completed graduation.

Nice To Haves

Experience in SAP environments with multiple systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.).
Knowledge in integrations between SAP IAG and other identity management tools.
Advanced English for conversation (there will be an interview in this language).

Responsibilities

Design and implement SAP IAG solutions to apply SoD policies in SAP systems.
Perform risk analysis of user profiles and authorizations to identify and correct SoD conflicts.
Maintain compliance with internal audit requirements and regulations.

Configure and manage SAP Access Control tools (e.g., GRC Access Control, IAG).
Generate reports on SoD violations, access risks, and remediation status for stakeholders.
Establish best practices for access governance and SoD management.
Provide training and guidance to business users on SoD compliance.
