About The Position

Endurance Group is currently seeking a Personnel & Accountability Specialist. The successful candidate will provide support to a DoD client’s J1 Directorate. In this position, the candidate will maintain critical personnel data systems to account for assigned, attached, and augmented military and civilian workforce.

Requirements

Entry-level candidates with on-the-job training will be considered, however, a substantial background in military or government personnel management systems is strongly preferred.
Advanced database query skills, analytical thinking, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and meticulous eye for data accuracy.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
TS/SCI Clearance

Responsibilities

Focus on data integrity, database management, and active systems auditing.
Ensuring the leadership has real-time compliant and accurate tracking of personnel to support mission readiness and effective resource allocation
Maintain and update comprehensive personnel data systems to accurately track the status, assignment and integration of all assigned, attached and augmenting military and civilian personnel.
Conducts regular, meticulous system quires and database audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Proactively identify system anomalies or data gaps with minimal supervision, executing corrective actions to prevent administrative backlogs.
Generate and compile accurate reports from personnel databases to support operational requirements and maintain a highly compliant posture for potential audits.
Deliver responsive, accurate feedback to personnel and system users regarding database administration, ensuring high levels of customer support.
