We are looking for an Accountability Coach who acts as the bridge between a vision and its execution. You are the professional right hand to our Lead Coaches and a trusted strategic partner to the businesses we serve.
We need someone who can build trust quickly and easily with executives. Someone a CEO can look to and know their business is in capable, organized hands.

Requirements

• Worked in or closely with a small business before, ideally a team of 20–30 people, and understand the pace, ownership, flexibility, and “all hands on deck” mindset required.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, account management or operations management.
• Ability to see around curves and spot a gap in a plan before the client even knows it’s there.
• Naturally business-savvy when sitting at the table with company owners, and able to earn their trust through competence and clear communication.
• Naturally curious, always asking "why" to find a better way to do things.
• Confident in asking coaching questions and guiding strategic conversations.
• Ability to flex between taking the lead and supporting the team seamlessly.
• Great at working with others and taking direction.
• Proficient in Zoom, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and Dropbox.
• Consistent, professional work set-up.
• Located near a major airport is necessary to succeed in this role, at least initially.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of 18–20 clients.
• Work alongside a Coach to implement the Strategic Roadmap for the client and ensure annual and quarterly priorities are executed with excellence.
• Spend significant time leading conversations, facilitating sessions, and reading the room in real time to adapt your approach and maximize engagement and impact.
• Navigate complex client conversations with executives and teams to gather data, build roadmaps, and ensure "green" status on all company and individual priorities.
• Ensure every interaction, from the first kickoff call to the final recap, is remarkable, thoughtful, and high-impact.
• Use attention to detail to ensure no task falls through the cracks and all project and client fields are updated and accurate.
• Help clients see Petra Coach as a long-term strategic investment, not a short-term initiative. You will reinforce the value of the work by helping teams connect execution, leadership development, and accountability to real business performance.
